Role Summary:
Executes architectural design from concept through documentation, delivering functional and code-compliant solutions.
Core Responsibilities:
Develops architectural design concepts, from schematic drawings to detailed construction documents.
Manages project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure functionality, compliance, and delivery.
Collaborates with consultants, and internal teams to translate requirements into design solutions.
Produces presentations, 3D models, and working drawings using basic tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Ensures quality control, accuracy, and timely delivery of design documentation.
