design architect

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (licensed architect is an advantage)
• With at least 3 years experience in design, preferably gained from high-end housing or vertical projects.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, rendering, photoshop, Sketch Up, Lumion or other 3D software.
• Experience in commercial projects is an advantage.
• With basic knowledge of building codes, regulations and policies; with knowledge in building and construction
• Skilled in drafting architectural plans
• Flexible, keen with details, with good communication skills,
• Must have creative and design skills, visualizing and artistic skills
• Applicants must be willing to work in Las Piñas

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
