Job Summary : We are seeking a Design and Development Specialist to lead product development trials, review material innovations, and ensure product quality and compliance. This role involves managing multiple projects, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and implementing cost‑saving initiatives from development through production.

• Product Development & Trials: Responsible for conducting and reviewing product development trials and updates.
• Material Innovation: Review reports on alternative and newly developed materials for product application and cost savings.
