Deputy Store Manager
Job responsibilities
Business Management:
Responsible for one product category, assist in leading sales team to reach sales target, KPI goals, stock and AFSS management.

Take responsibility on individual sales target. The individual sales target will be decided according to the store situation and sales volume, and it should be controlled within 50% comparing to Client Advisor
Client Management:
Capture and maximize every occasion to support the Sales Team to ensure each of them is able to provide a unique and memorable shopping experience to our client.

Dealing with emergencies, such as client complaint, etc.
Team Management:
Direct manage a 6 staff team, tale full responsibility of the team staff, including sales performance, sales related KPI performance, etc.
