Deputy Mill Manager

Job Description :

• Prepare and submit monthly production plan based on shipment plan.
• Prepare and submit daily production report as per production plan.
• Prepare and comment on Batch summary report.
• Maintain all machineries in good working condition by carrying out periodic maintenance and maintaining right quantities of spares.
• Supervise and advise all staffs under him to carry out works as per the production plan.
• Recommend and supervise O.T of all Mill personnel.
• Follow and implement SHE policies of the company
• Take active interest in implementing the DNA (Developing new Aptitudes) program of the management
• Maintain and submit the monthly KPI figures pertaining to Mill

• 5 years experiences in operating mill or coffee processing
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• Fluent in English
• Computer proficiency.
