Deputy Managing Director

Job Summary

This position will be working closely with the Managing Director, Japan HQ and external counterparts to develop and expand equity / debt investment business and ensure alignment of local strategies with the global vision of the HQ in Japan.

Job Description

• Lead and work with real estate team covering equity / debt investment business mainly in E.A./APAC region including Singapore, Australia and Korea
• Develop and maintain relationship with potential and existing asset managers to increase organization’s revenue and profits
• Liaise/negotiate with Headquarters’ relevant departments for project development with Japanese-speaking counterparts and management
• Discussion with professionals such as lawyer, tax advisor, real estate agent, appraiser etc. to find a solution for ad‑hoc issues and for executions of potential transactions
• Manage documentation with is executed in multi-national regions.
