Deputy Managing Director

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Managing Director with natural leadership capabilities to oversee our business operations and works to uphold the company's vision by implementing organizational policies and establishing areas for growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations across the regional office and subsidiary companies.
• Implement corporate directives and operational plans set by the Managing Director.
• Monitor KPIs, performance targets, and department-level outputs.
• Strengthen internal workflows, efficiency, and process standardization.
• Coordinate operational and working-level communication with Japan Headquarters.
• Prepare reports, updates, and documentation in Japanese for HQ.
