Job Description

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:
 Manages and coordinates the daily activities of the accounting staffs to quickly and accurately record the financial transactions generated by business activities;
 Domain Expertise in F&A and be responsible for overall service delivery;
 Team Management, Handling client communication and relationship engagement;
 Address all escalations and resolve issues that may arise throughout the engagement period;
 Drive program evolution and continuous improvement;
 Maintain Knowledge Management;
 Ensuring SLA’s and KPI’s are met and focus on continuous improvement;
