Deputy Manager - NOMC

The NOMC Lead (Network/Operations & Maintenance Center Lead) is responsible for end-to-end operational oversight of smart meter field deployments and AMI operations. This includes meter installation scheduling, field workforce coordination, device onboarding/commissioning, network performance monitoring, incident management, SLA adherence, regulatory compliance, data integrity, and continuous improvement across MDMS/HES/NMS systems. The role will serve as the single point of accountability for daily operations, escalations, and stakeholder communication with the utility, OEMs, system integrators, and customer service.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of smart metering ecosystem: AMI, HES, MDMS, DCUs, and meter communication protocols.
  
• Experience with RF Mesh / NB-IoT / 4G-LTE / PLC networks.
