Develop DSA, Builder & Connector network

Monitor lead conversion & productivity

Ensure compliance with credit & policy guidelines

Coordinate with Credit, Legal & Ops for smooth disbursement

5+ years in Mortgage / Home Loan sales

Strong local market knowledge
