Roles and Responsibilities Tool designs of Form blocks, Hand Form blocks, Milling fixtures, Press tools, Stretch form tools,Welding fixtures and Checking fixtures. Creating the lofts for the part development. Design of AIRBUS tools in specific tools requirements to meet PDR, CDR and FDR design and documentation. Discussing with Customers to undestand the overall Tooling package requirements to meet the end deliverables. Managing the Tool designers on daily basis to release the tooling data for manufacturing. Co-ordinating with SCM and tooling suppliers for the tools manufacturing. Craeting tools estimation to conclude the tool cost againest the supplier quote. Craeting the tooling mastre list and Audit documents as required. Co-ordinating with prod engineers for tooling parts to prove the FAI.
