• Achieve secondary and primary nationwide sales targets for the ASSIGNED brands.
• Provide participative leadership to the field force to meet sales objectives.
• Engage and motivate Field Force, Distributors, and Sub-Distributors.
• Communicate strategies and policies effectively to all stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a robust distribution network and strong trade relationships.
• Implement company-approved trade policies for distributors and traders.
