Deputy General Director (Expat)

Job Description :

• Plan, lead, and report on complex projects in both the head office and the factory. This will include staffing and contracting with outside expertise, all while meeting stringent timelines. Business case development and presentation will be required.
• Assist the GD with ad hoc research, analysis, and coordination with internal and external parties to support effective decision-making.
• Map and analyze business processes in the head office, sales offices, and the factory. Develop and execute improvement plans to increase accuracy and efficiency, and decrease cost.
• Support the Managing Director in needs-analysis, budgeting, acquisition and deployment for the management’s decision-making by understanding market and industry information requirements to fulfill these for each function accordingly.
