Deputy Chief Accountant

Job Description :

• Prepare full set of accounts for statutory audit for a group of companies in Vietnam, in accordance with VAS system and in compliance with relevant local laws and regulations.
• Be responsible for statutory filing/declaration to government authorities such as VAT/EIT declaration, various statistical report as required by governmental and provincial authorities.
• Liaise with auditor, attend to and deal with audit queries.
• Prepare monthly management accounts in timely manner in the format required by management, and ensure all necessary profit & loss account and balance sheet schedules are kept up-to-date.
• Manage and supervise to ensure all payments made are in accordance with contractual obligation and/or internal control policies.
• Prepare cash flow forecast and involve actively in cash flow planning.
