About the Role
Our client is building its network of quick-service restaurants in Germany from the ground up. The Deputy CEO will take full ownership of operational, strategic, and administrative management, overseeing restaurant openings, team building, financial control, and compliance with international franchise standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead site selection, investment planning, restaurant construction, and openings.
- Manage operations, budgets, P&L, and financial performance across multiple locations.
- Build and develop operational and restaurant teams; implement training and motivation programs.
- Ensure high-quality standards, hygiene, and compliance with franchisor requirements.
