The Depot Head is responsible for overseeing operations at the Kuching Depot. The role is centered on five main areas: ensuring incentive achievement, delivering 5-star service, maintaining strong relationships with authorities and stakeholders, upholding compliance with all rules and regulations, and managing systems, data, and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Incentive Achievement

• Ensure that all Depot Ops Assistant and PUSH participants consistently meet their respective incentive targets.
• Monitor performance and collaborate with support teams to address any shortfalls.
• Deliver and maintain 5-star service to all POOs (Point Of Origins), whether Credit or Cash accounts.
• Implement strategies to continuously enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
