Coach and enable your squad (Deployment Specialists + Solutions Engineers) as a senior reference point for prioritization, complex decision-making, and escalation management.
Own team workload management : allocate responsibilities, balance capacity, anticipate operational risks/bottlenecks, and protect delivery flow.
