Lead end-to-end deployments across a region or workstream, owning execution quality, delivery outcomes, and strategic alignment with customers and internal stakeholders.
Run a multi-project implementation portfolio: keep consistency in execution, ensure high operational standards, and drive alignment to regional priorities and business strategy.
Coach and enable your squad (Deployment Specialists + Solutions Engineers) as a senior reference point for prioritization, complex decision-making, and escalation management.
Own team workload management: allocate responsibilities, balance capacity, anticipate operational risks/bottlenecks, and protect delivery flow.
Define and track performance: build KPIs/OKRs and executive reporting that supports decision-making at regional and global levels.
