Job Description The Role We are looking for a highly skilled and meticulous Dental Surgical Guides CAD Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the digital design workflow to produce high-quality, 3D-printable dental surgical guides. The ideal candidate has a strong background in dental CAD, an eye for detail, and a passion for precision. Key Responsibilities Design & Development: Design patient-specific 3D dental surgical guides, including tooth-supported, mucosa-supported, bone-supported, and complex stackable guides. Model Preparation: Prepare, refine, and optimize 3D models ensuring smooth, watertight surfaces and making necessary offset adjustments for manufacturability. File Generation: Generate high-quality, print-ready STL files suitable for fabrication, ensuring the final output meets all clinical and technical specifications.
