Demonstration Engineer - Oracle Cloud Service & Knowledge Management

Oracle's Demonstration Services organization is seeking a highly skilled and creative Demonstration Engineer with deep expertise in Oracle Knowledge Management, Case Management, and Internal Help Desk (IHD) across multiple industries, including High Tech, Public Sector, Healthcare, and Financial Services. This role is focused on designing and delivering high-impact, real-world demonstration scenarios in the form of Oracle Modern Best Practices (OMBP) that span employee service, knowledge delivery, and intelligent case resolution.

These demonstrations are a critical component of Oracle's global sales strategy , enabling prospects to clearly understand the business value, differentiation, and innovation of Oracle's service and knowledge solutions, including AI Agent design and implementation tailored to industry-specific service needs.
