What you’ll do:
We are seeking an experienced, passionate and innovative Demi Chef to join our team at Freycinet Lodge in this casual position. You'll use your experience and creativity to help build the identity of our venue from collaborative menu development, through to assisting in supervising and developing our cooks and kitchen attendants.
What you’ll bring:  
Strong hands-on experience in kitchen operations with a clear understanding of the logistics of restaurants and functions catering
 2 years+ of modern Australian cooking experience
A passion for your trade and for creating and presenting contemporary dishes using local produce
