Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end demand planning and forecasting process for fresh, frozen and further processed organic poultry products. Develop accurate, actionable demand forecasts to support production planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Provide cross-functional leadership by acting as the central point of contact for demand-related questions across the organization. Work closely with Sales and Marketing to incorporate customer forecasts, promotions, and new product introductions. Develop and implement required business metrics to support the monitoring of 3rd party facilities for conformance against established product specifications and adherence to regulatory and business requirements.
