Demand Planner

ACMobility is looking for a Demand Planner to develop accurate demand forecasts for new vehicles and parts across the Kia dealer network. This role ensures optimal inventory levels, supports sales growth, and aligns supply with market needs through strong collaboration with OEM partners and internal stakeholders.
Role and Responsibilities
Demand Forecasting & Analysis
Develop data‑driven forecasts using historical trends, market insights, and dealer performance.
Monitor macroeconomic factors and competitor activities to adjust demand requirements.
Evaluate dealer capacity and financial considerations to ensure realistic forecasting.
Inventory Health & Optimization
Maintain the balance between stock availability and working capital.
Identify slow-moving models and recommend actions to improve inventory turnover.
OEM Coordination
Work with KC PIC on production planning, ordering, and shipment schedules.
