Demand Planner

ABOUT THE ROLE

TheDemand Planning Srprepares business related analyses and research for Supply Chain, Materials Management, and/or Logistics. The individual prepares forecasts, analyzes trends and related to Distribution or Warehouse, Inventory or Material Control, Logistics, Planning or Scheduling, and/or Traffic or Transportation and uses the analyses to compile and prepare reports, graphs and charts of data and/or ensure efficient production.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Maintain ongoing relationships with sales, marketing, finance, procurement, and manufacturing teams to understand the factors driving demand forecasting.
• Evaluate sales team forecasts and routine executions (historical data, seasonality, market trends, special offers, budgets, etc.) through relevant data analysis.
• Improve forecast accuracy (statistical models, software, etc.) with cross-functional coordination actions.
