Your Tasks
Demand Planning (35%)
- Forecast demand based on historical data and activity plan
- Encourage and lead S&OP process schedule to follow the monthly timeline
- Manage demand volume in APO DP by NART level based on PIPO
- Manage and update forecast file and S&OP template in time
- Manage SPEC master data/schedule from input to approval
Inventory Management (35%)
- Monitor and respond to daily sales and inventory level
- Plan product supply with SP based on demand planning insight
- Lead demand change according to supply schedule under bottleneck situation and define business risk
Accuracy Management (20%)
- Analysis FCA /FCB result by category
- Report monthly Forecast Accuracy analysis of key success factors and improvement points
- Lead and encourage early promotion plan in M3
