Delivery manager

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Software Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end program delivery, manage cross-functional technical teams, and ensure high-quality, timely outcomes for business-critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of delivery management, technical depth, and stakeholder leadership, with experience in digital transformation, cloud, and data-driven programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery Leadership:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple complex software programs across domains.
- Ensure timely execution, governance, and quality outcomes across parallel projects.
- Own program/project P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Technical & Program Management:
- Provide technical guidance to teams on architecture, tools, and best practices (. NET, Cloud, Microservices, APIs, Data/AI solutions).
- Drive adoption of modern SDLC practices including Agile, Dev Ops, CI/CD, and QA engineering.
