Drive Consulting Income

• Monitor and improve the team's invoiceability.
• Be involved and accountable for the consulting income:
• Ensure the team is invoiceable and find projects this is not the case. Fight and defend the invoiceability of your team.
• Support the sales team in closing deals by providing delivery insights and building confidence in our execution.
• Identify and negotiate change requests to minimize credit notes and maximize revenue. <...
