Delivery Manager – POS Modernization Program
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead a large‑scale Point‑of‑Sale (POS) Modernization Program for a US‑based client. This role requires a hands‑on delivery manager who can operate as an individual contributor when needed, while owning end‑to‑end program delivery across onshore and offshore teams.
The ideal candidate brings prior hands‑on experience working in the US or deep expertise in US client engagement , and a proven track record of managing onsite - offshore delivery teams (50–60+ resources) across Project management, Engineering, BA, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX functions in Retail Client facing systems.
