About the Role
We are looking for a Delivery Manager with overall 12 to 18 years of experience with strong engineering foundation who has grown into a delivery leadership role. You will own end-to-end delivery for strategic accounts , primarily working with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India , driving engineering excellence, client engagement, and business outcomes.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role requiring a go-getter mindset , strong ownership, and the ability to blend technology with delivery and business leadership .
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery across large-scale programs (quality, timelines, and financials)
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders in GCC clients
- Lead and scale high-performing engineering teams (50–200+)
- Drive engineering best practices (Agile, Cloud, Data, Microservices, DevOps)
