Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Order Pickup and Delivery:

• Collect laundry and dry-cleaning items from customers as per the

allocated schedule on the mobile app.

• Deliver cleaned and packaged orders back to customers within the

designated time slots.

Customer Interaction:

• Communicate politely and professionally with customers.

• Verify order details (customer name, mobile number, address)

before pickup and delivery.

• Address any customer queries or concerns and escalate issues to

the supervisor if needed.

General Responsibility:

• Use the mobile application to track pickup/delivery locations, time

slots, and order details.

• Ensure punctual pickups and deliveries, adhering to the scheduled

time slots.

• Optimize routes to improve delivery efficiency and reduce

turnaround time.
