About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving & acknowledge of pre-alert documents of every shipment
- Assess the documents received & advise the clients for what are the lacking documents.
- Requesting of necessary documents for processing on Shipping lines especially new clients.
- Securing necessary permits of the shipments including SPS, TEC, CPR & etc.
- Preparing draft computation & lodgement.
- Lodgement of shipment.
- Portal to Customs of the lodged shipment.
- Monitoring lodgement status.
- Updating the viber group with shipping documents & status of lodgement.
- Accomplish Shipment monitoring report.
- Preparing documents for submission in CCC.
- Monitoring & requesting of Intercommerce funds.
- Monitoring & Requesting BIR stamps.
- Monitoring & requesting of funds for notarized documents (Entry, SDV, LCU & RTA)
