JOB DETAILS

Key Responsibilities
· Monitor and confirm dispatch of all re-attempt parcels.
· Verify in-house sheets and prepare daily open-parcel reports.
· Report damaged parcels (with cross-verification from OPS).
· Handle fake delivery attempts and arrange same-day deliveries where required.
· Maintain and report replacement records (received, booked, forwarded, pending with reasons).
· Monitor POA quality.
· Track shipper-advised and Phase-II handover parcels.
· Prepare reconciliation and backend re-attempt reports (submit before 6 PM).
· Manage POD complaints and provide accurate PODs.
· Maintain rider performance records and report low performers.
· Supervise front and back desk staff and ensure SOP compliance.
