I am currently recruiting on behalf of an automotive OEM, based in Germany, who are looking for a Dealer Development Lead to join their team.
Job Description
As Dealer Development Lead, your main responsibilities will include:
Act as the primary point of contact for a new, growing group of German dealerships.
Monitor and analyse dealer sales performance, and work collaboratively to improve results.
Provide clear action plans and support for underperforming dealers.
Support the implementation of sales campaigns and product launches, at a local level.
