Deal Desk Analyst

Summary of Role
As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will be the operational bridge between Sales, Finance, and Legal. Your goal is to manage the deal pipeline, resolve Salesforce bottlenecks, and ensure complex SaaS contracts move quickly and accurately from pitch to close.
Your Impact & What You'll Do
Coordinate Approvals: Act as the main point of contact to get Sales, Finance, and Legal to agree on deal terms.
Manage Salesforce: Resolve technical case queues to keep the sales process moving smoothly.
Handle Cloud Offers: Create and support private offers on AWS, Azure, and GCP marketplaces.
Review Contracts: Audit documentation for accuracy before final signatures.
Speed Up Deals: Monitor the pipeline to identify stalls and push deals toward revenue targets.
