POSITION TITLE: Instructor Analyst

WORK SETUP:
Interact with the deal in creating/updating/deploying necessary courses. Monitor the quality and effectiveness of training to metrics and behavior and work with different teams in identifying, solutioning, and deploying training initiatives via an instructor led or blended learning approach.
Responsibilities:
• Teach in blended learning environment including Instructor Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor Led Training (V-ILT), and Social Learning methods.
• Mastery of course content and related courseware, certification as appropriate.
• Demonstrate specialist knowledge in assigned curricula areas.
• Regularly provide feedback on content and recommend improvement of courseware.
