D&E Senior Algorithm Engineer–Computer Vision & Image Processing – HMI, Hsinchu

Introduction to the job

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Algorithm Engineer with deepexpertisein image processing and computer vision, who can act as a senior individual contributor and drive algorithm development for complex industrial imaging applications.

This role focuses on technical ownership rather than people management. The ideal candidate has experience tackling challenging imaging problems—such as fingerprint recognition, optical inspection, PCB defect detection, machine vision, or autonomous driving perception—andis capable of shapingalgorithm direction, collaborating across domains, and delivering production‑level solutions.

Experience with E-Beam is notrequired. We value strong algorithmic thinking, industrial problem‑solving ability, and the capability to influence technical outcomes.

Work model: Hybrid (2 WFH + 3 onsite days per week)
