About the Role

Our client, a respected international brand with a strong market presence, is experiencing continued growth and seeking an up-and-coming Warehouse Manager to take ownership of their Victorian operations across 2 sites.
You'll step into a leadership position overseeing 50+ staff (including supervisors, team leaders, and agency personnel) across two internal warehouse facilities. 
Lead and coordinate daily operations across 2 Victorian warehouse sites
Manage supervisors and team leaders to ensure operational excellence
Lead safety and risk teams 
Drive consistency in processes, productivity, and performance standards
Engage and develop your team through strong, people-focused leadership
Collaborate with the National Warehouse Manager on continuous improvement initiatives
