About the role
This role is responsible for understanding and responding to the needs of data centre customers at all locations across Australia.
This includes handling tasks such as quoting for additional work, service level reporting, invoicing and handling general enquiries.
The role holder will need to demonstrate business acumen and will need to engage with the broader Fujitsu teams and Data Centre clients. Furthermore, they will be involved with and support the Fujitsu Command Centre to ensure high levels of client satisfaction are maintained. This role offers hybrid working.
Location: Homebush preferred but flexible across Western Sydney or North Ryde location.
