We are looking for a highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and collaborative DBS Global Controlling & Performance Manager to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will partner with Service Line leaders and DBS Zones worldwide to ensure accurate cost steering, robust financial processes, and consistent performance management across the global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead global DBS cost monitoring, driving high-quality cost control processes across Service Lines and Zones,
Ensure the accuracy of actuals and forecasts for DBS Central team costs, split appropriately by Service Line,
Own month‑end close activities, including Magnitude reporting for DBS,
Collaborate closely with budget owners to investigate and resolve variances,
Analyze monthly cost and FTE performance across all Service Lines and Zones and present consolidated insights to leadership,...
