Job Summary

A dynamic Data Centre Operator is needed to manage day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and optimization of the electrical and mechanical infrastructure supporting mission‑critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor facility health & safety and manage both preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Develop, maintain, and adhere to procedural and technical documentation.
• Respond to fault conditions, diagnose, and assist with root cause analysis, repair and remediation.
• Manage local data center infrastructure and asset lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with SSAE 18, ISO and PCI controls.
• Participate in change management meetings, present to the Change Advisory Board and create supporting MOPs with vendors.
• Identify operational optimization opportunities and adhere to best practices.
• Support daily site operations, vendor/contractor coordination and supervision.
