 & Requirements Who we are looking for 🎯We are seeking a Lead Data Engineer with strong Databricks expertise to join our AI & Data practice in Poland. In this role, you will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of large-scale data solutions, while leading project teams and guiding clients on their data transformation journey. 🌍This is a client-facing position where you will combine deep technical knowledge with consulting skills to deliver impactful solutions.7+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 3+ years in Databricks.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record of leading teams and delivering end-to-end data engineering projects.
