Database Systems Specialist

Responsibilities:

• May prepare and complete IRS Forms SS-4 (Application for Employer Identification Number)
• Organizing and drafting IRS Forms 8832 (Entity Classification Election).
• Registering client entities on the IRS FATCA Registration System to obtain Global Intermediary Identification Numbers (GIINs) & the Cayman DITC Portal.
• Monitoring co-sourcing client in-boxes.
• Corresponding with clients’ investors to solicit Forms W-9, W-8, and CRS self-certifications.
• Maintaining detailed trackers of contact with investors and their statuses.
• Attending trainings and maintaining knowledge of FATCA, CRS, and related GIR topics.
• Performing special projects as required and any other duties assigned.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

• Any bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting work experience.
