Database Support Analyst

Position Description:

Location - Downtown Toronto (Hybrid - 3 days per week) - subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Oversee daily database operations (Oracle, MSSQL, AWS RDS) to ensure availability, performance, and reliability.
• Manage incidents, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and support on call/major outage response.
• Administer and monitor Oracle GoldenGate, backups, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
• Streamline provisioning, patching, upgrades, and monitoring using automation and Configuration as Code practices.
