About the Role
We are looking for an Oracle Database Engineer . You will work in an enterprise context with a cross-functional product team in an agile, release-driven model.
Work setup: Hybrid (Lisbon) – 2 days on-site per week.
Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and optimize Oracle database solutions on OCI (performance, security hardening, observability)
- Engineer and maintain Oracle databases (19c/23AI/26AI) for performance, security, and AI-readiness
- Lead SQL Server to Oracle 23AI migrations, ensuring minimal business disruption
- Develop and refactor complex financial processes and business logic in PL/SQL stored procedures (consolidation, management reporting)
- Redesign and automate data mapping at stored procedure level for consolidation workflows
