About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Database Administrator (Level 3) with strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and cloud-native database technologies. The ideal candidate will manage, optimize, and secure database environments while ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer Microsoft SQL Server databases (installation, configuration, upgrades).
Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement monitoring solutions.
Design and maintain cloud-native database environments (Azure/AWS preferred).
Perform backup/restore, replication, clustering, and disaster recovery planning.
Ensure data security, compliance, and best practices.
Requirements:
5–8 years of DBA experience.
Strong skills in T-SQL, performance tuning, and query optimization.
Hands-on experience with cloud-native DB services.
Ability to support production environments and handle complex SQL Level 3 tasks.
