About the Role
: Develop, implement, and maintain PostgreSQL and SQL Server databases supporting microarray manufacturing and QC workflows. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to model and integrate new data structures for evolving experimental and production requirements. Ensure database performance, security, and availability, with emphasis on uptime and rapid data retrieval. Develop and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard critical manufacturing data. Monitor database performance and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks or failures. Implement and enforce data governance standards, schemas, and procedures for consistent and scalable database management.
