Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
- Provide architecture development, design, implementation, upgrading, administration, and management for Enterprise and Standard Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) databases
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of SQL Server in non-production environments
- Provide strategic database recommendations for implementation of future database releases
- Adhere to and implement recommended methodologies to enforce standardization and flexibility across the databases
- Be capable of implementing physical data structures and automated database process programming that reach across both structured and unstructured data sources
- Configure databases to provide a wide range of services for the ingesting, storage, access, analytics, and processing of data
