Job Description
- Database environment planning, implementation, testing, maintenance & support for in-house database
- Provide speedy resolution or escalation of operational incident/problem
- Perform database monitoring activities to prevent incidents and maximize database availability
- Develop scripts for database task scheduling, monitoring and maintenance
- Pro-actively tune the performance of database (Table Structure / Index)
- Draft Weekly report of DB status for analyzing and forecasting usage (eg: Table space, Diskspace, and Table Rows.)
- Monitoring through OEM 12c cloud
- Database Backup and restore
Requirements
- Experienced in Performance tuning of database systems ORACLE
