• Install, configure, and maintain databases to ensure reliability and security
• Monitor database performance, back up data, and implement recovery procedures
• Manage user access, permissions, and data integrity
• Maintain and update the website to ensure accurate and timely information
• Troubleshoot and resolve database and web related issues
• Provide end-to-end technical support and problem resolution
• Schedule and perform regular server maintenance
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
• Coordinate with IT staff and management to support academic and administrative needs
• Prepare reports and documentation related to database and web systems
