Database Administration Advisor

Day to Day job Duties

• Provide architecture development, design, implementation, upgrading, administration, and management for Enterprise and Standard Microsoft SQL databases
• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of SQL Server in non‑production environments
• Provide strategic database recommendations for implementation of future database releases
• Adhere to and implement recommended methodologies to enforce standardization and flexibility across the databases
• Be capable of implementing physical data structures and automated database process programming that reach across both structured and unstructured data sources
• Configure databases to provide a wide range of services for ingesting, storing, accessing, analytics, and processing of data
• Configure and administer High Availability Solutions like Database Mirroring, Replication, Log Shipping, and multi‑node SQL Server clustering
